With over 20 years of experience, Doug McCullough represents clients in business transactions, international business and taxation. Doug’s clients range in size from startups to mid-market and publicly traded corporations. Those companies operate worldwide in the following key industries: oilfield and offshore services, engineering, manufacturing, marine services, environmental services, plastics, software and information technology, and healthcare information technology.

Doug McCullough is based in Houston but covers the Dallas market and serves clients internationally. He is licensed to practice law in the States of Texas and New York. He regularly works with Canadian companies expanding operations into the United States, as well as American companies expanding north of the border.

Doug regularly moderates round-table discussions and panels on topics ranging from private equity, mergers & acquisitions, international trade, and public policy.He has spoken at the SMU O’Neil Center, Texas Public Policy Foundation Policy Orientation, World Affairs Council, American-Chamber of Commerce (Western Canada) and more. Doug has moderated panels for the Secured Finance Network (formerly CFA), Canada-Texas Chamber, Marketplace Dallas and Marketplace Houston, Lone Star Policy Institute, among others. He has also appeared on Texas Standard (radio), CTV and McQuistion TV.
